We are a full service amenities company. We are pleased to offer wholeale pricing to the general public and to hospitality, health care, spa industries, as well as construction/pipeline/oil rig camps and vacation rentals. For large facilities or high-volume orders, we can offer further reduced pricing as per agreement, please contact us for competitive pricing.
If there is something that you require and do not find it in our catalog, please contact us. We have many products not listed on line and are continually adding new products to our collection.
MINIMUM QUANTITIES
Most of our products are available only by the dozen, unless otherwise stated.
PRICING
A $20.00 packing and handling charge will be applied to all orders under $1000.00
Prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING
Minimum shipping cost is $25.00. We use UPS unless customer specifies alternative method. All orders will be sent Standard.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Lead time for customized items is approximately 8-16 weeks from date of order, depending on nature of order.
Minimum quantities wil apply to customized orders, such as VAT dyeing or woven logos.
VAT dyeing of towels has a minimum quantity of 180kgs or 400lbs.
RETURN POLICY
Items may not be returned without authorization from Quail Cottage Amenities. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee.

We will try our best to offer all the products listed on our site; however, we cannot guarantee that all items will be available at time of order.
